Yash Soni, a well-known actor who recently returned from the US, jokingly admits that he is always the last to know about his Navratri plans, including the venues for garba events. He usually joins friends from the industry for the celebrations but admits that he is not good at organizing. He lets his friends decide where to go and is informed last about the plans. Yash also enjoys joining another group that has been part of his Navratri celebrations for years. Initially, he wasn't a fan of garba in his childhood but his perspective changed when he worked on a song called Bol Mari Ambe for the movie Fakt Mahilao Maate. Despite struggling to learn the dance form, he fell in love with it and now eagerly looks forward to dancing to new garba songs, such as Umbra Vaali and Chaniyacholi. Yash emphasizes that he doesn't compromise on work during festivals, even if it means working on night shoots during Navratri.Scheduling a film shoot is very fulfilling for me. Even dancing for just half an hour during garba is satisfying. When asked if he enjoys indulging in food after garba, he responds, "Unfortunately, I am always on a diet during Navratri now. Before I entered acting, Manek Chowk was our favorite spot to eat after garba nights. We used to eat whatever we wanted without worrying about calories. These days, I bring my own food and stick strictly to my diet plans."
As for his Navratri fashion this year, he mentions, "I am trying dhoti pants for the first time and they are so comfortable. I prefer this look over tight churidars while dancing garba, so this season I'm wearing kurtas with dhoti pants."
